Terms

These are the terms for playing Gleeroo: the app at app.gleeroo.com and the Gleeroo iPhone app. You accept them when you create your player.

Who runs Gleeroo

Gleeroo is run by Pheno AB (org. no. 559499-9129), Döbelnsgatan 16B, 113 58 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: hello@gleeroo.com.

Gleeroo is a game

Points, levels, places and medals are a game, not a measure of your health. Nothing in Gleeroo is medical advice. Move in a way that suits you, and ask a doctor first if you have a health condition or aren't sure what you can do.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older. If you live in a country where you need to be older to agree to online services yourself, you need to be that age or have your parent's or guardian's permission.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
• Your player name must not be your real name, must not be offensive and must not impersonate anyone else. We may change or remove a player name that breaks this.

Your devices and data

You can connect a watch, ring or Apple Health and choose to let Gleeroo read the data it shares. You can disconnect any time. How we handle your data, and what your leagues see, is in the privacy notice.

Fair play

No faked data, no playing with someone else's device, no scripts and no exploiting bugs. We may remove results that break this and suspend players who cheat. More in Fair play.

Chat

Be decent in chat: no harassment, hate, spam or dangerous health advice. Report messages that break this; Gleeroo reviews reports, and league owners and Gleeroo can remove messages. What you write stays yours. You let us store it and show it to your league or team as part of the game. Messages are deleted after 12 months.

What belongs to us

Gleeroo, its name, characters, companions, films and the app belong to Pheno AB. You may use the app for your own, non-commercial play. Don't copy, resell or try to break into it.

Price

Gleeroo is free during the beta. Nothing is charged without your consent. If we add anything that costs money, we'll tell you the price first and you decide.

Gleeroo is in beta

Gleeroo is new and changes as we build it. Game modes and features may be added, changed or removed, and there may be bugs and interruptions. We work to keep it running, but can't promise it always will.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters for you, we'll tell you in the app or by e-mail before the change applies. If you don't accept the new terms, you can delete your account.

Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account any time, in the app under Settings › Account › Delete my account. Want a copy first? Settings › Account › Download my data. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why. If we ever shut Gleeroo down, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, so you can download your data.

Liability

Gleeroo is free and provided as it is. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, or for losses caused by your device, its provider or your internet connection. We're also not responsible for how you choose to exercise. None of this limits our liability for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms.

The iPhone app

If you got Gleeroo from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and Pheno AB, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Gleeroo or its support. Apple's own terms for using the App Store also apply.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we'll try to sort it out. You can also take a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or to a Swedish court. If you live in another country, you keep the consumer rights you have there.
