This page covers the gleeroo.com website and its two forms: early access and company pilots. The Gleeroo app will have its own privacy policy.

Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

Early access: your e-mail address, to tell you when Gleeroo opens and send launch news. Legal basis: your consent.
Company pilot: your name, company, work e-mail and team size, to contact you about a pilot. Legal basis: your consent.
If you arrived from one of our posts, which channel it was (for example "tiktok"). This tells us which posts work. We do not use tracking cookies.

We collect no health data, no location and no data from wearables on this website.

Who else handles it

The site runs on Vercel and the forms are stored with Supabase in the EU ([REGION]). Both process the data only on our behalf. [E-MAIL TOOL, IF ONE IS USED FOR LAUNCH NEWS].

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most [24] months after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent, see the data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted at any time: write to hello@gleeroo.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
