Delete your account
In the app: Profile › Settings › Account › Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. You leave all your leagues, your devices are disconnected and their access tokens forgotten, and your account, player, device data, results, chat messages and notifications are deleted at once. Backups expire within 7 days. Leagues you own pass to the member who has played longest, or end if you're the only player. This can't be undone.
Want a copy first? Settings › Account › Download my data gives you a ZIP file with your account, player, consents, devices and their data, leagues, results, chat messages and notifications.
Can't sign in any more? Write to hello@gleeroo.com from the e-mail address of your account and we'll delete it for you.
Disconnect a device
In the app: Profile › Devices, pick the watch or ring, tap Disconnect and confirm. Gleeroo forgets its access at once, reads nothing more and deletes the steps, distance, active minutes and workouts it got from that device. Results of league weeks that are already decided stay. For Apple Health you can also switch Gleeroo off in the iPhone's Health app (Sharing › Apps › Gleeroo): that stops new data, but to delete what Gleeroo already has, tap Disconnect in the app.
