Why it's fair
Every device. Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Withings, Fitbit, Apple Health and phone steps. No company hardware to hand out.
Fair teams. Teams compete on the average per person per day, so a small team can beat a big one.
Nobody exposed. Players use aliases, and a team only shows once it has five players.
Office chatter. Team chat, captains, high fives and a weekly story the whole office follows.
